Good experience with Legoland Resort Hotel! The location is very close to the Legoland Park. Many facilities within the hotel, but nothing to play in the legoland in winter. Most of the games was closed. Hopefully we can spend a whole day in the hotel.

The hotel is new and the room is clean. However the restaurant cleanliness is quite bad. The plates and bowls in the buffet area are dirty with pieces of food stuck on them, and the variety of food provided was the same everyday. So any stay more than 2 nights would be difficult because you have to eat the same food everyday.

The hotel is great but just a little bit dusty. Good stay after visiting legoland, the food is nice too.

The hotel and park have lost it character. First most of the rides were closed. Second the hotel restaurant has lost touch in terms of food quality. Third no help was given to me when I wanted to do food delivery.

Hidden treasure in the room so kids can have a fun time

Short waiting time at the park
Cheap ticket
Staff is obviously more professionally trained when comparing with those at Lotte World

The registration website for workshop is quite confusing (You need to counts parents for some workshops)
I registered a workshop for my kids but the staff said they couldn't find the record, so better register at the counter
Strict age restriction of workshop
Parent can't join most of the workshop
One night workshop ran at 3/F (maybe 2/F?) with a metal door shutted during workshop, felt like a prison
High room rate
No shuttle bus service to train station on park closed day. Be warned if your checkout date is on the park closing date (or call Uber)
